Onyx Grill offers premium cuts of prime Australian meat including grass-fed angus and grain-fed wagyu, as well as in-house dry-aged meats all cooked on wood fire powered Zesti and Mibrasa charcoal oven, which help to enhance the natural flavours of the ingredients. Alongside this the freshest seafood, vegetarian and desserts- all prepared by our world-class team and masterful Head Chef. Artisaint Patisserie, is a European-inspired marketplace, offering traditional French pastries, baked fresh daily, alongside a smorgasbord of meats and cheeses. Our daily a la carte breakfast menu is extensive, brimming with fresh-made sandwiches, eggs every-way, cakes and freshly baked bread. Our centrepiece, a large communal pink onyx table, offers ample opportunities for guests and locals to mingle, whilst overlooking the greenery of Burwood Park.
